10 Day Return Policy: We want you to feel confident and comfortable while shopping with us, thus we make this process seamless. We offer a 10-day return policy. You only pay for return postage.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Items returned must be in all original packaging.

Step 1: Start your return with easy communication via email

Contact info@adroitfinejewelry.com. You will receive a response within 1 business day with a return shipping label. You will receive the refund after deducting the shipping cost.

Alternatively, you can also use your own return postage. These will require a tracking ID to be provided to our email. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.

Step 2: Pack & Ship the item(s)

Stick a copy of the return label on the box and carefully place your items in its original condition. Our logistics partner will pick up the package from your doorstep.

Step 3: Wait for return confirmation email

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the goods, and will process the refund thereafter.

Refunds

We will process refunds to your original payment method within 7 business days upon receiving your package.
